As a West Virginia high-school sophomore, Hudson Wortman added more than twenty feet to his shot put — going from 136′ to 157′ in just three weeks of working with Coach Wollman.
That kind of jump doesn’t come from getting bigger or stronger. It comes from getting the mechanics right — the exact thing Dave has spent a career teaching. Hudson sends his throws in for video analysis, applies the corrections, and the results show up on the runway.
